| This is the Javelin and AMX section from the 1970 AMC sales brochure. Austraila didn't get the hood bulge SST model and the AMX didn't re-appear in 1970 after making a brief appearance in 1969. We did however get the 390 cubic inch engine as standard equipment but apparently only with the automatic transmission. |
